Frank earned a Bachelors Degree in Event Management, is wedding planning certified by Kevin Lee, and has interned for both him and David Tutera in Los Angeles. In 2018, she bought Bride and Joy and opened a 2,500-square-foot warehouse to offer specialty rentals and decor to couples. Bride and Joy believes the day is in the details, recommending packages that include wedding design and styling, rehearsal and wedding month-of and day-of coordination, mixologist expertise, table setting design and much more.
