Valley Heirlooms founder and owner Anita Riggleman specializes in one-of-a-kind rentals for once-in-a-lifetime events. Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, she attended auctions with her parents as a child, helping hand-pick the antique pieces that filled their home. When it came time to design her own eco-friendly barn wedding with vintage and rustic décor, she realized local offerings were lacking. Anita decided to fill that niche and returned to her antique-hunting roots. She gathered a small collection of vintage items for her own wedding and soon after launched Valley Heirlooms.
 
A decade of treasure hunting at yard sales, thrift shops, flea markets and auctions has cultivated an impressive inventory of vintage and specialty items available for rent. Choose from sofas, chairs, tables and décor as well as custom-built pieces, farm tables and benches. After spending two years traveling solo to more than 50 countries, the collection boasts diverse global styles, including classic, vintage, mid-century, modern and bohemian. Anita brings a special attention to detail and knack for planning to guide couples and event planners in selecting and pairing the right pieces.
