High School Sweetheart Harmony at Keswick Vineyards

Liza and Sean’s August Charlottesville wedding was met with dreamy summertime wonder and a cool, calm sense of authentic joy as the two high school sweethearts gracefully stepped into their continued journey. Skilled Charlottesville wedding planners from Exchange Events brought the day together with seamless precision, gathering guests for a lush lawn ceremony edged by Keswick Vineyards’ historic mansion and grand cascading fountain.

Earthy and extravagant potted plants decorated the ceremony aisle, with hand fans thoughtfully placed on each seat. Full alluring bouquets of pink, blush and ivory by Charlottesville wedding floral designers Lacy’s Florist complemented the wooden arbor’s delicate blooms and the bride and groom each added water to a nursling tree, symbolizing their dedication to unified growth.

Also high school sweethearts, Charlottesville wedding photographers Hunter and Sarah Photography arranged a secret-garden-style first look and a golden hour vineyard shoot, playing with beams of sunlight and barefoot embraces. The seasoned photographers directed family portraits backed by glowing harvest season vineyard rows, couple strolls by the pristine pool and lively dance floor twirls and dips.

Exchange Events + Catering made sure guests were never empty-handed, serving signature cocktails and passed hors d’ouevres during a sunset cocktail hour on the carriage house lawn before moving the party into the sweetly designed hand-stitched Aurora reception tent. Rentals and décor by MS Events elevated the romantic summery palette with delicate rose linens, gold flatware and English garden-inspired china.
