Becca and Gav’s August wedding sparkled with delicate summer romance and luxurious floral touches. Planners with Angelica & Co delivered creative Charlottesville wedding designs with a soft floral theme flowing throughout the day, spanning from cones of dried lavender for guests to toss in celebration to a flowered menu and vibrant petal-patterned straws gracing the al fresco cocktail hour bar. Celebrations moved seamlessly from The Clifton’s Colonial Revival Manor House to the intimate secret garden into a ceremony on the sophisticated croquet lawn overlooking verdant Blue Ridge Mountain forests.

The bride jumping on the bed in her stylish green and white checkered pajamas. The bridal party sipping champagne in The Clifton’s richly appointed suite, morning light pouring through French windows. An enchanting first look, playing with sun and shadows, embraced by the property’s private lush secret garden. No moment was lost on the expert photographers’ lenses. 

Talented designers from Springvale Floral constructed romantically wild bouquets and centerpieces in white and ivory blooms wrapped in brilliant natural greenery. Head-turning floral installations flanked the ceremony lawn, radiating summertime glory. Guests wandered past the tranquil infinity pool to find a table graced with framed photos of loved ones past to find themselves in the grand court reception tent nestled in the forest.
 
The fairytale scene played out across long walnut dinner tables dressed in artfully placed petals and stems, green and white linens by MS Events, fragrant wildflower centerpieces, modern gold flatware and table names paying homage to the couple’s favorite restaurants. Garden nods continued across the three-tier petal-pressed white wedding cake, on custom matchbooks and across whimsical bridesmaid gowns.
