Lindsay & Parker

Lindsay and Parker exchanged vows on a breathtaking October day in Charlottesville, Virginia, surrounded by the serene beauty of The Clifton’s Front Lawn.

A magnificent floral arch by Steelcut Flower Co. framed their mountain-view ceremony, while white Chiavari chairs lined an aisle adorned with hydrangeas and roses in graceful abundance. Lindsay carried a bouquet of white ranunculus and wore crystal-adorned heels that echoed the elegance of the day. Her groom, dressed in a navy suit, wore a collar embroidered with their wedding date—a quiet, heartfelt touch. Bridesmaids in shades of navy and powder blue held matching white blooms, creating a harmonious palette that felt both refined and seasonal.

Thanks to the thoughtful coordination of The Clifton Inn’s planning team, the celebration flowed effortlessly into The Court Tent, where nautical elegance met botanical sophistication. Suspended floral installations of blue delphiniums and white hydrangeas floated above the dance floor, while geometric-patterned linens and tall glass cylinders with navy taper candles added modern structure and depth. Thoughtfully chosen pieces from Something Vintage Rentals & Design brought added texture and charm to the reception space.

Guests were treated to caviar-topped deviled eggs, fresh oysters, and signature margaritas with spiced salt rims—just a taste of the seasonal menu artfully prepared by The Clifton. As café lights twinkled overhead, the evening unfolded in a warm, joyful rhythm of toasts, laughter, and dancing.

From the quiet anticipation before the ceremony to the sparkle of the tented reception, Ashley Cox Photography moved gently through each moment, capturing the atmosphere as it unfolded, full of elegance, sincerity, and joy.
