Will Novela replace my CRM?

No. Novela connects to your CRM - it never replaces it. You keep working in HoneyBook, Dubsado, or whatever you use today. Novela simply delivers leads into it and tracks the outcome.

Can Novela see all of my clients?

No. Novela only accesses the leads it generated and their booking status. Clients and projects that didn't originate from Novela remain completely private.

Will I need to change my workflow?

Not at all. You send proposals, contracts, questionnaires, and invoices exactly as you do now. The only thing that changes is that Novela leads arrive automatically instead of being entered by hand.

Which CRMs are supported?

Why does setup take up to 48 hours?
