Trudy and Michael began their forever on a beautiful March day at Hotel Emeline in Charleston, South Carolina. Their spring celebration radiated warmth and vibrant color, blending Southern charm with the refined atmosphere of one of the city’s most beloved boutique venues.

The ceremony unfolded in the courtyard, where rows of Chiavari chairs lined a brick aisle leading to the iconic whitewashed fireplace. Lush floral design by Coastal Creations transformed the backdrop into a striking focal point, layering crimson and blush roses, peach garden roses, ranunculus, hydrangea, and cascading amaranthus in rich jewel tones of burgundy, plum, coral, and blush. Trudy carried an abundant bouquet filled with tawny garden roses and deep purple blooms, while her bridesmaids wore mix-and-match dusty rose gowns that beautifully echoed the palette.

Guests enjoyed a quintessential Lowcountry dining experience by Hotel Emeline, followed by lively celebration and heartfelt moments throughout the evening. A live painting from Artistic I captured the scene in real time, adding an artful dimension to the festivities. The couple also slipped into the charming streets of downtown Charleston for portraits, embracing the magic of a spring night in the Holy City.

With Direct My Day Charleston at the helm, the celebration unfolded effortlessly from one moment to the next. Leigh Hayward Photography preserved the day in vivid, true-to-color imagery, capturing both the richness of the design and the genuine joy that defined this unforgettable Charleston wedding.
