A Countryside Love Story at Celeste Farm

Emily and Ethan celebrated their May wedding at Celeste Farm in Henrico, Virginia, where spring greenery and blooming meadows created a setting full of light, color, and easy countryside charm. The farm’s modern event spaces and open landscapes framed a celebration that felt both relaxed and thoughtfully styled.

The ceremony took place inside Celeste Farm’s bright contemporary event space, where sweeping windows opened toward the surrounding woodlands and wildflower fields. Floral arrangements carried an organic spring palette of white clematis, blush peonies, stock, and ranunculus that echoed the gardens beyond the glass. Portraits across the farm’s wildflower meadows and poppy-filled beds reflected the vibrant spirit of the season, beautifully photographed by Kate Thompson.

The reception continued beneath Celeste Farm’s open-air pavilion, where long communal tables dressed in soft linens and simple floral clusters created the feeling of an intimate harvest gathering. The Celeste Farm team led both coordination and the farm-inspired dining experience, serving seasonal dishes before dessert by Olivia Wilson, a rustic slab cake finished with honey drizzle, fresh fig, lemon slices, and a blush peony.

As evening settled in, the dance floor came alive beneath glowing strands of light. Emily and Ethan danced the night away, closing their Richmond celebration with laughter, movement, and the unmistakable joy of spring in full bloom.
