A Dreamy Summer Wedding at Viansa

Farah and Josh celebrated their summer wedding at Viansa in Sonoma, California, where the estate’s Tuscan-inspired architecture and sweeping vineyard views created a breathtaking setting for their celebration. Perched above the rolling Sonoma hills, the winery offered a sun-drenched backdrop that felt both romantic and distinctly wine country. Expertly guided by Kismet Event Co., the day unfolded with thoughtful planning and effortless flow from ceremony to reception.

The ceremony took place on the manicured lawn framed by cypress trees and olive groves, where lush floral installations by Vanda Floral Design lined the aisle in a vibrant palette of peach coral, sky blue, blush, and creamy white. Dahlias, ranunculus, anemones, delphinium, daisies, and roses formed a sweeping floral crescent that surrounded the couple as they exchanged vows with the valley unfolding behind them. The Delectable jazz trio, coordinated through Ivy Hill Entertainment, added a soulful note to the ceremony hour as guests gathered beneath the warm California sun.

Portraits across the estate made full use of Viansa’s dramatic landscape, from golden vineyard rows at sunset to the intimate stone arches of the winery’s cave. The reception followed in the bright event hall overlooking the vineyards, where white draped tables were styled with garden centerpieces of ranunculus, coral roses, and chamomile. Park Avenue Catering delivered the evening’s dining experience, while the sweetheart table was framed by an abundant floor installation of dahlias, anemones, delphinium, and wildflowers that created a lush focal point within the room.
