A Love Story Told Beneath the Oaks at Beltane Ranch

Emily and Stephen’s June wedding at Beltane Ranch was a stunning celebration of natural beauty, rustic elegance, and intimate moments set within the rolling landscapes of Napa and Sonoma wine country. Towering oak trees and vineyard views created a timeless backdrop for a day that felt both elevated and deeply personal.

Their design embraced soft sage, blush, peach, and cream tones, with bridesmaids in muted green dresses echoing the surrounding landscape. Le Petals Studio layered the day with wild, organic florals that felt effortlessly gathered from the land itself. The ceremony was accompanied by Bellarosa String Quartet, whose classical melodies added a graceful, romantic cadence beneath the oak canopy.

The reception unfolded as a relaxed yet refined experience. Thoughtfully curated food stations by The Girl & The Fig highlighted local flavors, from oysters on ice to artisan tartlets and shell-topped desserts that doubled as artful details. As golden hour gave way to evening, Lucky Devils Band filled the air with energy, drawing guests to the dance floor beneath twinkling lights strung through the trees.

As night settled in, the ranch transformed under soft washes of purple and blue lighting, creating an ethereal atmosphere that celebrated connection, community, and place. Hazel Photo portrayed the day with a bright, emotive eye, preserving quiet glances, movement, and the joy that carried through every moment, while Ybarra Events orchestrated the celebration with ease and intention.
