A Quiet Spring Romance at Lovegrove Estate

Makala and Keith celebrated their April wedding at Lovegrove Estate in Summerville, South Carolina, surrounded by the fresh greenery of spring. A palette of sage and ivory complemented the overcast afternoon and natural landscape.

The ceremony took place outdoors, where white garden chairs lined a paved aisle surrounded by the estate's greenery. Soft gray skies brought a quiet, atmospheric quality to the setting as Makala and Keith exchanged vows.

The reception moved into the barn, where Simply Elegant Event Rentals contributed to tables layered with lace linens, ivory Chiavari chairs, gold candlesticks, and vintage inspired green and white china. Arrangements of white hydrangeas, roses, and trailing greenery carried the palette throughout the space, while a three tier buttercream cake and candy cart added to the dessert display.

Tidal Creations & Celebration gives the gallery a warm, candid quality that complements the relaxed Lowcountry setting. As evening settled in, The Dance Doctors brought guests to the dance floor beneath the string lights. The celebration eventually moved outdoors, where sparklers and pom-poms surrounded the couple as they made their exit, bringing Makala and Keith's spring wedding at Lovegrove Estate to a lively close.
