A Timeless November Affair at Lansdowne Resort

Angela and Michael Hayes celebrated their November 8, 2025 wedding with a classic church ceremony followed by a refined reception at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Virginia. Set against a backdrop of peak fall color, the day paired the richness of the season with a timeless black and white palette, thoughtfully brought together by B. Mingled.

Following their ceremony, the couple arrived at Lansdowne Resort where the celebration continued in the grand ballroom. Arrangements by J. Morris Flowers featured creamy garden roses, white anemones, lisianthus, and greenery, carried through both the bouquets and reception design. Tall vases held abundant florals above tables dressed in crisp white linens and black chiavari chairs, while lower arrangements of hydrangeas and anemones were surrounded by candlelight and ribbed crystal glassware. Rebecca Dotson Photography renders the day with a soft, polished style that highlights both the elegance of the setting and the emotion shared throughout.

The ballroom’s coffered ceilings, chandeliers, and classic detailing created a warm, elevated atmosphere as guests dined on a menu by Lansdowne Resort. The celebration unfolded with heartfelt toasts and a beautifully detailed five tier cake by Sweet Family Secrets, adorned with cascading florals. As the evening came to a close, Angela and Michael stepped out beneath a tunnel of sparklers, sharing a final kiss that marked the beginning of their next chapter.
