Floral designers from Florals Darling and Daughters cultivated a magical dreamlike garden scene with elaborate bouquets and soaring reception tent installations in fresh, brilliant and vibrant blooms. A kaleidoscope of colors spanning fuchsia and poppy orange to baby blue and watermelon pink lit up the celebration with summer radiance. A rainbow of petals lined the lush ceremony aisle and regal white vases marked ceremony and reception entrances with overflowing blooms. Tables wore rows of bountiful florals and guests donned flowered gowns and cheery ties.

Charlottesville wedding photographer Jen Fariello captured delightful wedding party imagery under glowing green shade trees, a loving nooked-away first look and a strolling couple shoot backed by the expansive 600-acre resort’s ponds, bridges and brick architecture along with classic shots in a vintage turquoise Thunderbird convertible.

Rentals and decor by Emerson James, MS Events, Smith Vintage and BBJ Rentals curated a polished charming June aesthetic with soft blue and white striped and floral linens and tableware, sterling flatware, white candlesticks, monogrammed napkins and menus and a flowing al fresco waterside cocktail hour over signature cocktails and butlered hors d’oeuvres. Boar’s Head Resort catering professionals wowed with fresh baby arugula and kale salads, beef filet and salmon duets, summer succotash and sweet potato casserole and displays of cookies and brownies flanking a show-stopping five-tier color-splashed wedding cake.
