Cole & Thomas
Cole and Thomas said “I do” at The Wharf in a celebration that felt vibrant, joyful, and unapologetically full of personality. Set against the waterfront, the day blended rich textures, bold design, and meaningful moments into a celebration that felt completely their own, thoughtfully brought together by White Dress Black Tie Events.
The ceremony unfolded inside a glass-walled event space overlooking the marina, where a rustic wooden arch framed by dried florals and layered botanicals by PLNTR created a warm, earthy focal point. A palette of dusty blue, cranberry, blush, amber, and cream carried throughout the design, while scattered rose petals added a romantic softness to the space. The couple exchanged vows surrounded by cheers from loved ones, their first kiss met with an outpouring of excitement and joy. Photos From the Harty captures the celebration with an organic, emotion-forward perspective, leaning into both the atmosphere and the candid energy of the day.
Throughout the celebration, the floral design embraced a dramatic boho-inspired aesthetic, with cascading dried installations suspended from woven rattan lighting and layered throughout the venue. Peacock chairs adorned with florals created striking lounge moments against the panoramic waterfront backdrop, while the bar itself became part of the design with textured botanicals and warm candlelight woven throughout.
Guests gathered for a lively reception and dining experience by Get Plated Catering, featuring abundant charcuterie displays, passed bites, and playful desserts that reflected the colorful spirit of the day. As the evening unfolded, the celebration built into a high-energy atmosphere, highlighted by a surprise flash mob-style entrance that transformed the room into a full dance party. The night closed with portraits along the rain-slicked dock, where Cole and Thomas shared a quiet moment beneath an umbrella with the marina glowing behind them, a cinematic ending to a celebration filled with joy, movement, and heart.
