Crimson Roses and Candlelight at Union Street Public House

Molly & Brayden
Molly and Brayden’s love story unfolded like a classic autumn romance in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, where historic streets, waterfront views, and intimate gathering spaces created a celebration that felt timeless, elegant, and deeply personal. From a sacred church ceremony to a candlelit reception, the day embraced the charm and character of one of Northern Virginia’s most beloved destinations.
Molly carried a bouquet of deep crimson roses by Harrod House that beautifully complemented her strapless gown and delicate lace veil, while the rich palette of red florals carried throughout the celebration. Beauty styling by Andre Ribera completed her polished, timeless look. Following the ceremony, the couple wandered through the cobblestone streets of Old Town for portraits among falling leaves, historic architecture, and waterfront views along the Potomac. Hana Photos approaches the celebration with a romantic, storytelling perspective that highlights both the intimacy of the day and the character of its historic surroundings.
The celebration continued at Union Street Public House, where candlelit tables, glowing votives, and lush arrangements of crimson roses transformed the historic venue into a warm and inviting reception setting. Exposed brick archways, vintage chandeliers, string lights, and seasonal floral accents brought texture and character to the space, while guests gathered for dinner, toasts, and an evening filled with laughter and celebration.
As the night unfolded, the dance floor filled with energy beneath the warm glow of the venue’s historic interiors, closing out a wedding that felt romantic, joyful, and unmistakably Old Town Alexandria.
