Laura and Jon’s love story unfolded at Runnymede, where centuries old oaks, waterfront views, and the unmistakable charm of the Lowcountry created a celebration that felt quintessentially Charleston. Set against the beauty of a spring evening, the day blended timeless Southern romance with vibrant energy and thoughtful design details, with Tara LeClaire Weddings guiding every element with effortless sophistication.

A palette of soft blue, white, and green carried throughout the celebration through floral design by Fonte Fleur, from Laura’s bouquet of roses, calla lilies, delphinium, veronica, and maidenhair fern to the lush arrangements layered across the estate. Elegant centerpieces of hydrangeas, roses, and trailing greenery filled the reception tables, while a dramatic ground level floral installation transformed the sweetheart table beneath billowing drapery and glowing string lights. Palms & Places Imagery leans into the beauty of the Lowcountry landscape, highlighting both the sweeping waterfront scenery and the genuine emotion woven throughout the day. Rentals from The French Eclectic and Beachview Events layered texture and character throughout the space, while Crazy Dutchman Catering carried the evening with a thoughtfully curated dining experience.

Music by Darby Events kept guests on the dance floor late into the night. The evening closed with a sparkling send off as Laura and Jon shared a kiss beneath an arch of sparklers. Every detail reflected the warmth, beauty, and joyful spirit that made their Runnymede wedding so unforgettable.
