Rain-Kissed Autumn Romance at Ru's Farm

Nina and Dylan celebrated their October wedding at Ru’s Farm in Healdsburg, California, where the golden tones of autumn and sweeping vineyard views created a setting full of warmth and rustic Sonoma charm. The beloved farm estate offered an inviting backdrop for a celebration that felt relaxed, joyful, and deeply romantic.

Their ceremony took place beneath one of Ru’s Farm’s iconic ancient oak trees, its wide canopy stretching over the lawn as a gentle autumn rain drifted through the air. Guests gathered beneath clear umbrellas while wooden chairs lined the grassy aisle, decorated with arrangements of amber roses, foxglove, eucalyptus, and baby’s breath tied with soft green ribbon. Beyond the ceremony space, vineyard views and rustic fencing framed the landscape, adding to the quiet beauty of the moment.

Floral design by Aimie Lomeli Floral Designs carried a vibrant garden palette throughout the day with peach dahlias, blush cosmos, apricot garden roses, marigold zinnias, cream snapdragons, and wildflowers woven with eucalyptus and greenery. The warm tones of terracotta, peach, and marigold echoed the season beautifully across ceremony arrangements and reception centerpieces set in gold vessels, while Lauren Miller Events guided the celebration with thoughtful planning.

The reception continued inside the farm’s timber-framed barn, where exposed beams, weathered wood walls, and soft golden lighting created an intimate glow.
