Soft Spring Romance at Barboursville Vineyards

Blanche & Bob
Late spring brought Blanche and Bob to Barboursville Vineyards in Barboursville, Virginia, for a May wedding set against the historic vineyard and surrounding countryside.
The ceremony took place at the Ruins of Barboursville Vineyards, where wine barrels topped with floral arrangements framed the historic setting. A palette of blush pink, buttery yellow, periwinkle blue, and cream carried throughout the day, echoed in Blanche's bouquet of garden roses, delphinium, snapdragons, and ranunculus and coordinating boutonnieres tied with golden ribbon.
The celebration continued inside the historic reception hall, where exposed beams, chandeliers, and candlelight created a warm setting for the evening. Tables featured taper candles and cascading floral arrangements in soft pastel tones, carrying the day's palette into the reception.
Palladio Restaurant served dinner as guests gathered around candlelit tables for toasts before dancing late into the evening to bluegrass inspired music, a fitting nod to the Virginia countryside. Tom Daly Photography brings a relaxed elegance to the imagery, from portraits among the vines to the celebration inside Barboursville's historic spaces.
