Sonoma Hillside Elegance at Kunde Family Winery

Chris & Stew
Chris and Stew said “I do” at Kunde Family Winery on a warm May afternoon that captured the golden beauty of Sonoma as spring shifted into summer. Surrounded by vineyard views and rolling hills, the celebration felt relaxed, romantic, and unmistakably wine country, thoughtfully brought together by Ali DiLuvio Events.
The ceremony unfolded beneath the winery’s iconic heritage oak trees on the hillside terrace, where sweeping branches framed the couple against rows of vines and sunlit hills. Floral arrangements of blush dahlias, peach roses, white cosmos, and delicate wildflowers by The Wild Fleur Co. were woven organically into the tree trunks and ceremony space, creating a setting that felt deeply connected to the surrounding landscape. Bridesmaids in sage green and groomsmen in navy added soft contrast to the warm, natural palette woven throughout the day. Katie Miller captures the celebration with a warm, documentary style that leans into the natural light and effortless energy of the day.
The reception carried that same garden inspired aesthetic onto the vineyard terrace, where long farm tables were layered with peach and blush florals, candlelight, and warm wood textures beneath glowing string lights. Catering by The Girl & The Fig carried the evening with a relaxed, wine country dining experience, while golden hour settled softly across the valley.
As night fell, the terrace transformed into a lively dance floor beneath bistro lights and open skies. Guests gathered with sparklers in hand as the celebration built into an energetic, joy filled evening overlooking the Sonoma hills. The result was a wedding that felt warm, vibrant, and beautifully rooted in the spirit of wine country.
