Virginia Countryside Charisma at Bellair Farm

Kylie and Michael’s October wedding at Bellair Farm beamed in natural, classic countryside beauty wrapped in brilliant rich green trees and hillsides as far as the eye could see. Charlottesville wedding photographers with The Smiths Photography tapped into the blissful bucolic setting, capturing stunning photos of the bride’s dress hanging against a red barn door, beaming images of the bride in front of a chopped wood pile and her stunning floral crown built of elegant emerald leafing.

Secret Gardens floral designers played up the natural bounty, calling in earthy elements in lilac, wheat and berries and building organic bouquets of fern, eucalyptus and other natural foraged greenery. Photographers caught a breathtaking sunset newlywed shoot strolling the spacious property’s grounds, bridesmaids gracefully moving in pale robins egg blue dresses, family heirloom cake topper figurines, a thoughtful homemade guest book and orchard baskets filled with freshly plucked wildflowers.

Groomsmen jumped sky high in sleek gray tweed suits silhouetted by the afternoon sun and crystal clear blue sky. The bridal party gathered in a sacred pre-ceremony prayer circle and a bluegrass band provided a ceremony entrance serenade. Family and friends walked the expansive estate on a pilgrimage to the special remote ceremony site and the Charlottesville wedding flowed into a sunset pergola cocktail hour with first dances on the outdoor dance floor before heading inside the event barn and sheer-sided tent for dinner, wine and more dancing under the Virginia stars.
