Katie & Chris

In historic Sonoma, Katie and Chris celebrated their wedding at Maysonnave House, a Heritage Center venue built in 1910. Their September celebration embraced the warmth of late summer, styled in soft lavender, crisp white, and natural greenery that complemented the home’s garden setting.

The ceremony took place on a manicured lawn framed by mature trees and hedges, where string lights and gentle afternoon light created an intimate, romantic atmosphere. Katie carried a bouquet of white and lavender roses accented with baby’s breath, designed by Valencia Florist, echoing the day’s delicate color palette.

The reception followed with understated elegance, featuring white linens, lavender runners, vintage purple glass votives, and floral accents layered with pampas grass and dried elements. Wooden chairs and warm string lighting completed the inviting setting, with rentals by Heirloom Event.

Captured by Photos by Christine Chen and complemented by beauty services from SML, Katie and Chris’s wedding was a thoughtful blend of historic charm and modern romance, creating a celebration that felt both personal and timeless.
