Winter Elegance at The Atrium at Meadowlark

Michelle & Ted
Michelle and Ted’s love story unfolded beneath the winter light at The Atrium at Meadowlark, where soaring glass ceilings, lush indoor gardens, and glowing candlelight created a celebration that felt warm, romantic, and effortlessly elegant despite the February chill.
The ceremony took place inside the Atrium’s glass roofed pavilion, where a floral adorned wooden arch framed the couple against panoramic garden views and cascading curtains of fairy lights overhead. Bridesmaids in emerald gowns carried bouquets layered with white tulips, ranunculus, blue delphinium, and delicate forget me nots tied with flowing blue ribbon, introducing the palette of deep green, powder blue, and ivory woven throughout the celebration. Michelle complemented the romantic setting in a sleek satin gown paired with a bouquet of white roses and airy blue blooms, creating a look that felt both timeless and fresh against the lush botanical surroundings. Lavish Photography captures the celebration with a clean, luminous style that draws out the warmth of the glass filled venue and the emotion shared throughout the day.
As the celebration transitioned into the reception, the Atrium transformed into a glowing dinner and dance space layered with candlelight, eucalyptus garlands, and soft blue florals by Petal's Edge Floral Design. Deep teal accents and lush greenery brought warmth into the glass filled space, while catering by Great Blue Heron carried the evening seamlessly. The sweetheart table sat beneath the ceremony arch surrounded by tropical greenery and towering palms, while the venue’s skylights and glass walls kept the winter evening filled with warmth and natural light.
The evening carried into a packed celebration beneath the glow of the Atrium, where music by Lujan Entertainment kept guests on the dance floor late into the night. From the softly lit ceremony to the vibrant reception energy, the entire wedding felt like a beautiful reminder of how magical winter celebrations can be in the Washington, D.C. area.
