The Gold Fox Room serves as the heart of indoor celebrations, featuring soaring ceilings, exposed wood beams, stained glass sconces, and a dramatic stone fireplace that creates an inviting atmosphere for dining and dancing. Multiple glass doors open onto expansive stone patios overlooking the mountains, allowing celebrations to flow naturally between indoor and outdoor spaces. Throughout the grounds, mature trees, rustic fencing, and sweeping countryside views create a backdrop that feels both timeless and distinctly Virginian.

The spacious one-bedroom cottage has a large open area for hair and makeup preparations and serves as the bridal ready suite.

Event Rentals

Standard wedding packages include tables (round, rectangular, and high-top cocktail tables) and chairs.
Seating includes 200 gold Chiavari chairs for indoor use, 200 white folding chairs for outdoor ceremony and pool areas, and 200 wood folding chairs for the upper outdoor ceremony site.
Rental of dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and table linens is not provided by the venue and must be sourced through the caterer or outside rental companies.

Lighting & Sound

An internal sound system is available in the Fox Den event building for use until midnight, suitable for groups of up to approximately 50 people.

Catering

Briar Patch is an open venue, allowing couples to bring in any licensed and insured caterer of their choice.
Outside caterers are required to visit the venue prior to the wedding or event.
