Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards

Wedding Venue
North Garden, VA
Preferred Venue

A Coveted Wine Country Standout

Simple pleasures, organic beauty and polished hospitality define one of the country’s most desired wedding destinations. In creating Charlottesville’s premier wedding venue, founders and visionaries Lynn Easton and Dean Andrews have perfected high-touch luxury hospitality and seamless wedding day flow.
The business and life partners combined their talents and visions in 2012 to launch Easton Porter Group and create a mindful hospitality company while sharing their love of authentic food, wine and hosting. Pippin Hill is what comes to be when an industry leader and nationally recognized wedding planner and event stylist pool passions and pour their heart and soul into a venue.

Pippin Hill’s commitment to expert service and superb function soars to life in a truly turnkey all-inclusive experience. Couples exhale knowing every detail has been carefully thought out. A worry-free wedding weekend begins with a bespoke wedding package for up to 200 people with a minimum of 20 expertly trained staff members attending to your day.
Start the celebration in the serene bridal loft and cool groom’s grotto cellar. Wedding parties and family arrive early and relax among plush luxuries, full catering and dedicated attentive service.
“It’s not just six hours of show up, get ready, ceremony, dance, leave,” says Easton Porter Director of Sales Ellen Christie. “It’s a day of relaxation and excellence for you. There is always somebody around to take care of what you need.”
Choose from two manicured ceremony lawns, both natural plein-air estate centerpieces with sweeping vineyard and mountain views. Delight in two-story vaulted ceilings, sound-control drapery and ambient lighting in the agrarian-inspired granary reception space. Channel Tuscan vibes on the classic stone veranda with a sunset cocktail hour (a natural ceremony rain plan option as well). Sip and mingle at the winery tasting room’s expansive bar crafted from a 400-year-old cypress tree.

No detail is left untouched. Garden-to-table cuisine celebrates Charlottesville’s renowned food scene and longtime chefs skillfully curate locally sourced menus, plucking ingredients from the onsite garden. Reception meal service is elevated and seamless with each course served to all tables at once. Guests experience estate-grown wine in a timeless wine country setting along with personalized specialty cocktails shaken and stirred to your preference. Late-night passed hors d’ouevres and custom desserts keep the party going strong.
Pippin Hill event managers work diligently to ensure your dreams and desires are met with enthusiasm. Is the culinary piece your main focus? Guest comfort and lounge aesthetics top priority? Perhaps it’s all about the band and plenty of time on the dance floor.
“We meet every couple’s vision,” says Christie. “If that’s what they really want, then that’s what they will get.”

Real Talk with

Pippin Hill Sales Director Ellen Christie

What makes a Pippin Hill wedding special?

We have everything a couple needs — we are not only the venue, we are the caterer, we have all the rentals you need. We deliver luxury service that’s unparalleled in the area.

A Pippin Hill must-do is…

A photo shoot along the hydrangea path. It’s simply spectacular year round. The wildflower field is another unbelievably beautiful backdrop. We love creating special vignettes for our couples.

Pippin Hill couples are seeking…

Ease. They want to have a good time. They want their guests to enjoy every part. They’ve done their homework if they’ve come to us. From a food perspective, the culinary surprise and delight is really high on their list. They want their wedding to be special and different.

My biggest piece of advice is…

to really enjoy the day. At the end of the day there’s so much planning and effort put in by family, friends, your wedding planner, us, you. Our goal is to make sure you’re so rested and relaxed you can focus on creating your own memories.

My favorite special wedding moment is...

When the couple walks back down the aisle after the ceremony, there’s something really special about that moment. Everybody stops what they’re doing to experience that moment. It never gets old.

Event Spaces

At Pippin Hill, it’s the attention to detail, but it’s also anticipating our guests’ needs, being there in the right moment to anticipate their wants. You never want someone walking away with ‘it was really great, but…’ We never want a ‘but.’ We want to be there taking care of their needs.
