The venue includes 200 folding chairs, 26 sixty-inch round tables, 12 eight-foot rectangle tables, 12 six-foot rectangle tables, 2 four-foot rectangle tables, 3 couches, 4 upholstered chairs, and 3 coffee tables.
Features include the historic Bright House, Leadership Hall, a grand ballroom, a rooftop terrace, the Entrance Terrace, the Family Courtyard, the Brighthouse Lawn, the Hunter Gallery, and the Walled Garden.
