A Feast for the Senses at Iron Gate

Victoria and Riley celebrated their October wedding at Iron Gate with a bold blend of old-world romance and bohemian-inspired style. Candy & Co Events brought their vision to life through a dramatic palette of deep crimson, magenta, burgundy, and plum, softened by creamy white anemones and cascading greenery.

Before the ceremony, Victoria and Riley made their way through the streets of Washington, DC aboard DC Pedicab, adding a playful nod to the city's character before arriving at Iron Gate. Lush floral installations framed the ceremony beneath the venue's softly lit canopy of trees, while garden-style arrangements of hot pink roses, deep red dahlias, blush hydrangeas, white anemones, and trailing foliage carried the jewel-toned palette throughout the courtyard.

Iron Gate's renowned culinary team completed the evening with a Mediterranean-inspired dining experience, serving elegantly plated courses and passed hors d'oeuvres that reflected the restaurant's seasonal approach to hospitality. Long wooden farm tables were adorned with lush floral arrangements, smoky glass vessels, gold accents, and glowing taper candles, creating a warm atmosphere beneath the pergola's lights as guests dined and celebrated late into the evening.
