Lizzie and Josh’s late-summer wedding at Medlock Ames unfolded as an elegant wine-country celebration set among the rolling vineyards of Healdsburg. Thoughtfully guided by Jesse Deckard Design & Planning, the day flowed with ease, allowing the setting and the couple’s connection to take center stage.

Tables were styled with understated sophistication, featuring crisp white plates, gold flatware, carefully folded napkins, and glowing candlelight. Overhead, string lights transformed the woodland setting into an intimate, twinkling retreat. Lush floral centerpieces in rich burgundy, peach, and yellow tones added warmth, while lounge seating and couches from Encore Events Rentals invited guests to gather, relax, and linger throughout the evening. Refined culinary touches by Elaine Bell Catering, including beautifully presented fig-forward bites, highlighted Sonoma’s seasonal bounty and rounded out the experience beautifully.

Music shaped the rhythm of the celebration, with Aragon Artists opening the day with an elegant string trio before transitioning into a lively band that carried guests onto the dance floor. Melissa Atle approached the celebration with an intuitive, artful perspective, highlighting quiet moments, natural movement, and the beauty of the vineyard setting in imagery that feels both relaxed and refined.
