Lindsey and Matt’s fall affair brought classic romance to Mount Ida Farm & Vineyard’s exclusive Charlottesville wedding venue estate. Wedding planners from Little Acorn Events curated the October fete, calling on the venue’s lakeside brilliance and picturesque groves while Charlottesville wedding floral designs by Carol White festooned the property in happy, vibrant rich reds, understated pinks and abundant natural foliage.
 
The couple shared vows on the venue's scenic Thomas Ridge amid blooming aisle décor and a hand-crafted wedding arbor. Shawna Fredericks photographed special timeless takes in shared newlywed smiles by the sunny gazebo and intimate bridal suite moments.
 
The bride’s generous show-stopping bouquet and graceful long-sleeved gown complemented autumnal cornflower blue bridesmaids gowns. A beautifully restored event barn welcomed the Mount Ida wedding reception guests with a puzzle piece guest book, framed wedding photos of loved ones and soft draped lighting. Charlottesville wedding caterers from The Local Catering wowed with seasonal ingredients sourced from small farms and Vivi's delivered an artful pie, cupcake and wedding cake display. Entertainment by In Full maintained a brimful dance floor.
