Love, Color, and Joy in Harmony at The Gadsden House

Alyssa & Kyle
Alyssa and Kyle’s late summer wedding at The Gadsden House unfolded as a joyful celebration of color, texture, and effortless charm. Set in September, the day radiated warmth and personality, blending soft pastels with vibrant autumnal tones that felt both playful and refined.
The visual story began with the wedding party dressed in a thoughtful mix of sage green, soft blue, and burnt orange, echoing the lush floral design. Alyssa’s bouquet stood out as a romantic composition of blue delphinium, white orchids, blush florals, and cascading green amaranth, introducing movement and a touch of wild elegance.
The ceremony took place in the courtyard garden, where natural light and surrounding greenery framed the moment. Wooden chairs lined the aisle, accented with orange marigolds and fresh foliage, while a floral arch of orange dahlias, blue blooms, and trailing greenery created a richly layered backdrop.
At the reception, the palette carried forward with botanical-print linens and vibrant centerpieces featuring dahlias, delphinium, and amaranth. Rattan charger plates, amber glassware, and curated lounge furnishings by The French Eclectic added warmth and texture, while soft string lighting set a relaxed, inviting mood. An elevated culinary experience by King Street Hospitality Group featured refined appetizers and a beautifully styled charcuterie display that reflected the couple’s attention to detail. Planned with care by Goldbug Events, the celebration flowed with ease, allowing both design and energy to shine. Throughout the day, Ren Photography preserved the color, movement, and emotion with a refined editorial eye.
Alyssa and Kyle’s wedding was a vibrant expression of love and individuality, where historic Charleston elegance met joyful, modern design in perfect harmony.
