Marsh Views and Bold Blooms at Cooper River Room

A spring celebration at the Cooper River Room by Lowcountry Park Venues provided the perfect backdrop for Ella and Julien’s wedding, where sweeping marsh views, vibrant florals, and the unmistakable charm of the Lowcountry came together in a celebration filled with color and joy. Balazs Events thoughtfully brought the couple’s vision to life, blending bold spring hues with the venue’s scenic waterfront setting.
The ceremony took place on the venue’s waterfront lawn overlooking the Cooper River, with the Ravenel Bridge creating a striking backdrop beyond the marshes. Wisteria Designs filled the space with vibrant arrangements of peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas, anemones, delphinium, and allium in shades of coral, peach, magenta, lavender, blue, and orange. Lauren Ryals Photo beautifully captured both the sweeping Lowcountry landscape and the joyful moments shared throughout the celebration.
The reception continued between the venue’s indoor spaces and covered terraces beneath glowing café lights. Powder blue linens, colorful garden inspired centerpieces, textured blue glassware, and gold accents carried the vibrant aesthetic into the evening, while Pour Advice Bartending kept guests refreshed throughout the celebration.
As the evening reached its finale, guests formed a glowing tunnel of colorful light sabers as Ella and Julien made their grand exit. With sunglasses on, champagne in hand, and smiles that said it all, they disappeared into the Charleston night beneath a canopy of light, closing the celebration on a scene as joyful as the day itself.
