Darcy and Clint's September wedding at James Monroe's Highland in Charlottesville, Virginia, was a celebration of nature and romance, set beneath the sweeping branches of ancient oaks and framed by views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The couple exchanged vows on the historic estate’s lawn, surrounded by loved ones and the timeless beauty of the landscape.

Beneath the trees, they spoke heartfelt promises and sealed their union with a joyful kiss. Darcy, radiant with hair and makeup by Daphne Latham and Leslie Lowry, stood beside Clint in a setting that felt both intimate and grand.

The reception, expertly orchestrated by Melanie Joy Events, unfolded in the open air. The Local Catering offered a vibrant showcase of the season’s flavors, while guests dined al fresco at tables dressed in white linens. A three-tiered cake from Maliha Cakery, adorned with soft orange and blush blooms, served as a sweet focal point. At the wedding party table, a lush cascading arrangement by Native Bloom added a romantic flourish to the rustic-chic setting.

As the sun dipped behind the mountains, Darcy and Clint shared their first dance to the sounds of Another Level from Sam Hill Entertainment. The evening continued in a joyful blur of music, laughter, and celebration, culminating in a bubble-filled exit that sent the newlyweds off beneath a sky of twilight and cheers.
