Soft Autumn Romance at Cannon Green

Janice and Patrick celebrated their November wedding at Cannon Green in Charleston, South Carolina, where the venue’s lush courtyard and architectural charm set the stage for a celebration filled with warmth and Southern elegance. A palette of blush pink, ivory, and navy carried throughout the day, reflecting the softness of fall in the Lowcountry.

Their ceremony unfolded in the garden courtyard surrounded by palms, ferns, and reflecting pools. Janice carried a bouquet of blush dahlias, garden roses, white anemones, ranunculus, and baby’s breath that paired beautifully with her lace mermaid gown and sweeping cathedral train. Beauty services by Silhouette on Site completed her polished bridal look. Patrick complemented the moment in a classic navy suit with a blush tie and a white anemone boutonnière. Tara LeClaire Weddings led both planning and floral design, shaping a cohesive look that flowed seamlessly from ceremony to reception.

Cocktail hour followed beneath glowing bistro lights before the celebration moved indoors. Long farm tables and honey-toned Chiavari chairs framed tablescapes of blush roses, white hydrangeas, anemones, lisianthus, and eucalyptus arranged in crystal vessels and bud vases, illuminated by slender ivory tapers and glass hurricanes.

The day continued with a two-tier buttercream cake by The Cake Stand Charleston adorned with blush dahlias and roses. Leigh Hayward Photography brought a polished, timeless perspective to the celebration as the couple slipped away for portraits beneath Charleston’s moss-draped live oaks, ending their Cannon Green wedding in warm autumn light.
