Mike & Gin

Warm September light settled over Charleston as Gin and Mike celebrated their wedding at the William Aiken House, where historic architecture, lush courtyards, and timeless elegance created an unforgettable setting. Stunning & Brilliant Events thoughtfully guided the celebration, while Sweetleaf Floral filled every space with abundant garden-inspired blooms.

A romantic palette of blush, ivory, soft green, and fresh white carried throughout the day, reflected in lush arrangements of roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas, anthuriums, sweet peas, orchids, and trailing greenery. Garden-inspired floral clusters lined the ceremony, while towering pedestal arrangements framed the couple's vows with effortless elegance. Gin was radiant in a lace gown adorned with delicate floral appliqués, carrying an organic bouquet that beautifully echoed the day's refined palette.

The celebration continued inside the William Aiken House's historic dining rooms, where sage green linens, woven rattan chargers, gold flatware, candlelight, and lush floral centerpieces created an intimate atmosphere for dinner. PPHG delighted guests with a thoughtfully curated Lowcountry-inspired menu, while a beautifully crafted cake from Ashley Bakery and strawberry mousse desserts offered a sweet ending to the evening.

As night fell, the celebration spilled into the garden beneath strands of glowing café lights, where DJs of Charleston kept the dance floor lively from the first song to the last. Guests also enjoyed capturing memories at Il Piccolo Bar & Foto Booth, while oversized cutouts of the couple's beloved dogs and a shower of rose gold streamers added playful personality to the celebration. Cana Dunlap Studios beautifully balanced the grandeur of the William Aiken House with the genuine moments shared throughout the day, creating imagery that felt timeless, joyful, and unmistakably Charleston.
