Where Honor Met Happily Ever After at Sylvanside Farm

Warm autumn sunshine settled over Sylvanside Farm as Jackie and Joe exchanged vows surrounded by the rolling countryside of Purcellville, where rustic charm, military tradition, and heartfelt personal touches defined every moment of their celebration. Bowtie Gourmet helped bring the couple's vision to life, while Rick's Flowers filled the countryside venue with elegant blue and white floral designs that perfectly complemented the season.

A striking arch adorned with white roses, blue hydrangeas, white stock, and cascading greenery anchored the altar, beautifully complementing the day's soft blue and white palette. Joe looked distinguished in his crisp white military dress uniform, his medals and ribbons serving as a proud reflection of his service, while Jackie carried a cascading bouquet of white garden roses, lisianthus, and delicate blue delphinium that echoed the romantic floral design. One of the day's most memorable moments belonged to the couple's beloved dog, Paddy, who happily settled onto Jackie's train during the ceremony, delighting guests and adding an unforgettable touch of personality to the celebration.

Inside the barn, wood interiors glowed with candlelight, lush blue and white florals, and a custom "The Travers Est. 2025" display that welcomed guests into the reception. Paddy's playful personality remained a highlight of the evening, from illustrated cocktail cards to the cleverly named "Paddy's Pub," where custom signage featuring the couple's beloved pup in a captain's hat introduced signature cocktails like the Malibu Breeze and Maryland Orange Crush. A classic three-tiered cake by Fluffy Thoughts Cakes, adorned with pearl-beaded borders, cascading blue and white blooms, and a custom topper depicting a naval officer and his bride, paid tribute to Joe's military service and the couple's love story.

Beneath the barn's warm glow, Digital Sound Services – Ian Lade kept the dance floor lively as Jackie and Joe shared their dance surrounded by family and friends. Dani White Photography seamlessly blended Sylvanside Farm's picturesque countryside with the couple's heartfelt moments, creating imagery that reflected both the beauty of the setting and the joy of their celebration.
