Barn at Edgewood

Cattle farmers Julie and Scott Winslow were in the process of replacing their barn in 2014 when their daughter Jane got engaged. Design plans shifted and the new equipment barn was lovingly transformed into an elegant wedding venue. Since then, the family has embraced couples on their wedding day, offering up their rustically elegant barn as a space to gather and celebrate love.

Gather under grand shade trees for an outdoor ceremony overlooking rolling green hills and lush forests. Capture wedding party photos in front of the reflective pond. Host cocktail hour on the covered veranda and spill out onto the manicured lawn for yard games. Design your dream dinner party reception inside the modern 2,400-square-foot barn with its brick fireplace and exposed wood beams. Drink in the captivating Blue Ridge Mountain views and secluded farm tranquility and cap your night with a food truck and fireworks under the Virginia stars.

Make a full wedding weekend of it and stay in the barn's second-floor Riverside and Fieldside loft suites, accommodating up to four guests per suite.
