Grace & Mark

April brought Grace and Mark to The Parsonage at St. Johannes, where the historic downtown Charleston venue set the tone for a spring celebration.

Guests gathered in the venue's walled courtyard garden, where rows of garden chairs lined the aisle beneath strands of bistro lights. Grace carried a bouquet of soft peach spray roses, white garden roses, green hypericum berries, and eucalyptus, introducing a palette of blush, ivory, and green that carried throughout the celebration. Surrounded by lush greenery and stone urns filled with seasonal plantings, Grace and Mark exchanged vows before sharing their first kiss.

The celebration continued with an outdoor reception, where crisp white linens, gold charger plates and flatware, and teal napkins created a fresh, vibrant tablescape. Peper Events guided the celebration, while centerpieces of white Oriental lilies, peach roses, white stock, and lush greenery added a natural touch alongside glowing pillar candles. Southern Bear Catering welcomed guests to dinner as family and friends gathered beneath the courtyard lights to celebrate the newlyweds. Charleston Photo Art brings a refined editorial perspective that beautifully reflects both the charm of historic Charleston and the genuine moments shared throughout the day.

From the intimate courtyard ceremony to the garden reception beneath the evening lights, every detail reflected the timeless charm of Grace and Mark's spring wedding in historic Charleston.
