A Summer Love Story at The Mill at Fine Creek

Kenley and Dalton celebrated their August wedding at The Mill at Fine Creek in Powhatan, Virginia. With its blend of nature, historic stone architecture, and flowing water, the estate offered a backdrop that felt both timeless and quietly atmospheric.

A palette of sage green, champagne, creamy white, and soft earthy tones carried throughout the day. The ceremony took place within the venue’s iconic stone ruins, where open sky and strands of warm string lights framed the moment Kenley walked toward Dalton beneath the towering walls. Floral design by Kathy’s Flower Child layered the space with soft greenery and seasonal blooms that echoed the surrounding gardens.

The reception continued inside the mill’s event space, where candlelit tables and lush greenery centerpieces created a warm glow as evening settled in. Rhythm of Love kept the dance floor lively, while Tylar Brooke Photography rendered the day with a natural, refined perspective. The night ended with a joyful bubble send off, a sparkling close to their summer celebration.
