Classic Beauty and Garden Splendor at the William Aiken House

Lindsay & Daniel
Creating a breathtaking celebration that embodied timeless Southern charm and sophistication, Lindsay and Daniel wed in August at the historic William Aiken House. The estate, cared for by Patrick Properties Hospitality Group, offered an exquisite setting where manicured lawns, grand architecture, and lush gardens framed their day with elegance. Guided by the thoughtful planning of Everything After the Ring, the celebration unfolded seamlessly. With an artist’s eye, Hannah Cree Photography translated the poetry of the day into luminous imagery, soft glances, whispered laughter, and golden light drifting through the maze of hedges were all preserved like brushstrokes on canvas.
The design embraced a refined palette of crisp white, soft blue, and classic black, carried through the bridal party’s attire, Stradley Davidson Linen Collective’s fine linens, and florals composed of hydrangeas, blue delphinium, and greenery. Lashes & Lace perfected the bride’s timeless look, balancing natural beauty with sophistication. Patrick Properties Hospitality Group also curated an unforgettable culinary experience, with artful plates of salmon over risotto and asparagus, paired with custom cocktails. Sip Hip Hooray delighted guests with personalized favors, a thoughtful keepsake that carried the spirit of the evening beyond the celebration itself.
As evening fell, the reception glowed beneath string lights strung across the garden. A champagne tower set the stage for celebration, while the dance floor overflowed with joy as friends and family gathered beneath the sweeping branches of Charleston’s storied trees. Lindsay and Daniel’s wedding was a testament to romance and hospitality, a day where love and history entwined seamlessly.
