Claire and Drew celebrated their December wedding at Harborside East, where the beauty of the Lowcountry set the tone for a celebration that felt warm, vibrant, and full of personality. Seamlessly brought together by Ash Events, the day unfolded across the waterfront with an easy, joyful flow from ceremony to reception.

Their ceremony took place on the sweeping lawn overlooking the harbor, where rows of white chairs were framed by palms, manicured greenery, and wide views of the marsh. As the winter sun dipped lower, the light softened into a golden glow, illuminating the couple’s first kiss with the Ravenel Bridge in the distance, a moment that felt both cinematic and unmistakably Charleston.

The reception leaned into a playful, high energy atmosphere filled with personal details. A vintage style audio guestbook invited guests to leave heartfelt messages, while a 360 photo booth and marquee letters by Alpha-Lit Charleston added a lively, interactive touch. Catering by Duvall Catering & Events carried the evening with a warm, inviting experience as the dance floor came alive under vibrant lighting, with music by DJ Natty Heavy keeping the energy high well into the night.
