On a radiant May day in Charleston, Abby and Kyle exchanged vows at The Cottages on Charleston Harbor, where sweeping water views and swaying palms set the stage for a celebration steeped in romance. The ceremony embraced an elegant simplicity, with golden Chiavari chairs set on a verdant lawn overlooking the harbor. Wilder Bloom Co. designed ethereal florals in pastel shades of pink, blue, yellow, and white—arrangements of peonies, delphinium, roses, and greenery rose on golden stands, while delicate baby’s breath adorned the chairs. Abby’s bouquet echoed the breezy charm of Charleston’s coast, a romantic blend that felt both refined and organic.

As the sun dipped lower, the reception tent glowed beneath strings of lights. Tables draped in white linen were layered with rattan chargers and blue-and-white china, creating a coastal tablescape of timeless elegance. Brass compotes brimmed with lush blooms, and Ashley Bakery’s white tiered cake, adorned with sugar orchids, stood as a centerpiece of delicate artistry. Guests savored a feast prepared by Good Food Catering before filling the dance floor, where the Emerald Empire Band kept the celebration vibrant well into the night. A sparkling send-off beneath the stars closed the evening, leaving Abby and Kyle’s wedding as radiant and unforgettable as the harbor itself.
