Ashley and Daniel celebrated their charming summer wedding in August at the historic Hanover Tavern, nestled in the heart of Hanover, Virginia. The day was a beautiful blend of rustic elegance and heartfelt intimacy, set against the venue’s warm wooden interiors and the romantic glow of twinkling string lights.

The ceremony took place beneath a lush greenery-adorned arch framing a large window with sweeping views of the forest beyond. Wooden chairs lined the aisle, and strands of lights draped from the ceiling bathed the space in a soft, golden glow. The couple chose a rich palette of burgundy and blush, reflected in the bridesmaids’ dresses and the florals—bouquets of pink roses, red alstroemeria, blue veronica, and trailing greenery that evoked an organic, garden-inspired feel. The groom’s navy suit and blush tie perfectly complemented the palette’s warmth and refinement.
